Hi, I'm Sarah Greenwood,
a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher
My qualifications have been gained through Premier Training International, who are regarded as the leading health and fitness providers within the industry.
I have a Diploma in Personal Training, and am qualified to Level Three, the highest level within the government approved Register of Exercise Professionals.
My Diploma consists of:

- Circuit Training
- Nutrition Advisor
- Sports Massage and Rehabilitation Therapy
My Passion
I have always had a passion for exercise and healthy living, and the older I have got, the more I realise just how important it is. Our bodies are complex structures that need a lot of love and care to function correctly.
I'd like to show you how to give your body the attention it needs through exercise and a nutritious diet... so you may live a happy and healthy life!

Fitness Tips
- Set realistic goals, and make a fitness plan
- Drink 2-3 litres of water each day
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week
- Leave the car at home and walk or cycle on short journeys
- Eat a healthy breakfast
