When eating sugar 60% of it turns to fat straight away, only 40% is used up as energy. Sugar is basically a FAT bomb exploding in your body!!

So if you struggle to get rid of stubborn fat around your stomach reduce all foods/drinks containing sugar.

That includes: biscuits, cakes, baked goods, wine, beer, fizzy drinks, juices, chocolate, sweets, ice cream, puddings, refined/processed goods etc

DO NOT switch to artificial sweeteners as an alternative as these screw up the body and inhibit weight loss.

Stay healthy and happy people, treat your body with respect and don’t fill it with CRAP = Caffeine, Refined Foods, Alcohol and Processed Foods.
