You Are What You Eat

Do you find the whole nutrition thing a bit of a minefield, one week it's good for you, the next week bad? Confusing isn't it?

By booking a Nutritional Analysis I can unravel the mystery of food for you, and help you understand which foods, and how much of them, you need for your particular situation.

If you are wanting to lose weight, would like to increase your energy levels whilst working out, or are training for a specific sporting event... having the right nutrition is essential!

Your body needs to be fuelled properly to function correctly. By eating a healthy balanced diet, niggling ailments can be banished, energy levels increased and you'll look and feel better than you ever have done!

What does a Nutritional Analysis include?

You will be asked to keep a food diary for 1 week, so I can assess your diet. I will then produce a suggested weekly food plan specifically for you, and give you tips and recipes to get you on track.

I really cannot stress enough how important healthy eating is... the sayings are true 'you are what you eat' and 'what you eat today you wear tomorrow'... makes you think doesn't it?!
