So What is Personal Training?
Imagine how fantastic it would be to achieve the body shape and size you want, well you can - but, like most things in life worth having, its going to take a little time, effort and know how, that's where I come in;
Time - I will ensure that your time is used as effectively as possible to get the maximum benefits from your workout.
Effort - well I'm not saying you don't have to put the effort in, but you'll have me at your side to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals.
Know how - I've got the knowledge, having trained with Premier Training International, so all you have to do is follow the programme. Each exercise programme is tailored to suit your needs and re-evaluated at regular intervals.
Working with a personal trainer is the best way to ensure you get the most out of your exercise routine and maximise your performance. You will have guidance with your technique, so exercises are safe and effective and you will achieve results faster.
Whether you are a beginner, pre/or post natal, have a specific medical condition, are over 50, or a professional athlete, I aim to make your personal training sessions as beneficial, and as enjoyable, as possible.
Training for both male and female clients is available.

Where do you workout ?
Training sessions can take place at Spirit Healthclub in the Holiday Inn Brighouse (no membership necessary), at your home, or a location of your choice. Please see my contact page for more information and directions to the Holiday Inn.
How do you get started?
Before your personal training session I will book you in for a Free consultation, this involves;
- Completion of Pre Activity Readiness Questionnaire
- Completion of Lifestyle Questionnaire
- Static health checks - blood pressure and resting heart rate
- Discussing your goals
Once this is done I will design a programme specifically for you, then there will be no stopping you... you'll be on the path to achieving your goals!!

- Set realistic goals, and make a fitness plan
- Drink 2-3 litres of water each day
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week
- Leave the car at home and walk or cycle on short journeys
- Eat a healthy breakfast
