Includes a home training programme for you to carry out in your own time:

Pilates
Studio session - £32 or £288 for 10 sessions

Nutrition Analysis
A detailed analysis of your diet and eating habits, followed by a 1 hour consultation. The nutritional consultation is designed to re-educate you about food; What, when, how often and how much you should eat:
Includes 4 week diet analysis, suggested weekly food plan and some recipes - £35.00

Option 1 - £695.00
A 12 week exercise/nutritional programme designed to get you looking and feeling your best for that special day. Includes 2 weekly 1 hour training sessions, nutritional analysis with weekly monitoring, home training programme, plus 1x full body massage, essential for relaxing you before your big day.
Option 2 - £910.00
A 16 week exercise/nutritional programme designed to get you looking and feeling your best for that special day. Includes 2 weekly 1 hour training sessions, nutritional analysis with weekly monitoring, home training programme, plus 1x full body massage, essential for relaxing you before your big day.
Option 3 - £1150.00
A 20 week exercise/nutritional programme designed to get you looking and feeling your best for that special day. Includes 2 weekly 1 hour training sessions, nutritional analysis with weekly monitoring, home training programme, plus 2x full body massages, essential for relaxing you before your big day.
